Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The USDA Forest Service is reopening the solicitation for Fuel Tenders exclusively for Region 3 to support fire and all-hazard incidents. This is an "Onboarding" amendment to an existing Multiple Award Blanket Purchase Agreement, allowing new vendors to join the existing contract under its original terms. The evaluation criteria, terms, conditions, and period of performance for any new award will be identical to the original solicitation. The onboarding process coincides with an annual review period for existing contractors, who can also revise their agreements. After onboarding, new contractors and added resources become eligible to receive dispatches.
