USDA Forest Service Procurement & Property Services, Incident Procurement Operations, Aviation Branch intends to procure, by means of full and open competition, a guaranteed purchase of three (3) and estimated purchase of up to 20 total SDR-Omni Avionics Flight line Test Set (Without GPS Simulator) over a 5-year period. The intent is to negotiate a 5-year multi-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract to procure SDR-Omni Avionics Flight line Test Set (Without GPS Simulator). This support includes the following: Test set calibrated within one month of delivery with certificate of calibration Hard sided travel case U.S. compatible power cords and adapters for charging and connected operation All antennas and coaxes required for full functionality of the test set All accessories needed to perform tests identified in the Requirements section Operator manual Commercial warranty The contract will be a 5-year multi-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for the services provided. The anticipated award date is October 01, 2025. This requirement is not set aside for small business.
