Due date will remain the same. This project requires the collection of updated data on Flight Hour rates for current USFS helicopter contracts for establishing updated rates for flight hour by make and model aircraft. The requirement will also include the establishment of updated fuel service vehicle mileage rates for vehicles used in support of helicopter firesuppression activities. The service is based on a twelve-week schedule, starting at contract award. Requirment is to complete the analysis and final report no later than January 1, 2026. Any questions pertaining to this solicitation shall be directed to Jermain Compton at jermain.compton@usda.gov. Questions are due by 22 August 2025 at 12PM noon, Central Standard Time. Proposals are due by 27 August 2025 at 12PM noon, Central Standard Time. Submissions that are incomplete or late will not be considered.
