The proposal due date is currently set for 4PM (MST) on Jan 13, 2023. Please send questions concerning the RFP to the Contracting Officer via e-mail by Dec 22, 2022. We hope to publish responses to questions the week of Jan 2, 2023. Proposals can be submitted electronically via e-mail or through an electronic drop box (Pinyon Box) specifically created for each interested vendor when requested through the Contracting Officer. Amendment #1 is being issued (Jan 4, 2023) to extend the proposal due date from Jan 13, 2023 to Jan 27, 2023 to allow additional time for proposal preparation. Answers to submitted questions concerning the RFP will be finalized and posted to Sam.gov at least 7 days prior to the new proposal due date. Amendment #2 is being issued (Jan 18, 2023) to provide answers to submitted questions and make changes to the RFP. The proposal due date is not extended and is still Jan 27, 2023. A conformed version of the RFP is included with the amendment #2. Amendment #3 is being issued (Jan 23, 2023) to update the applicable wage determinations and make a change to section B-4(a)(1). The proposal due date is not extended. A conformed version of the RFP is included with the amendment #3. Section M-2 was updated and changed in Amendment #2. However the conformed version of the RFP did not capture that change when originally posted. Both conformed version for Amendment 2 and 3 have been updated to include the appropriate change.
