USDA Forest Service Procurement & Property Services, Incident Procurement Operations, Aviation Branch intends to procure, by means of other than full and open competition Aviation Maintenance Services for US Forest Service fleet aircraft in Redding California. The intent is to negotiate an IDIQ contract with Air Shasta Rotor & Wing, Inc. to provide aviation maintenance services in Redding CA. The Forest Service requires the procurement of commercial aircraft maintenance services and supplies for Government- owned/operated aircraft within the Forest Service Fleet that operate out of Redding, CA. Though SD3-60 Sherpa aircraft are predominately based at this location, other fixed wing aircraft may be based out of Redding to include: Beechcraft, Cesna, DeHaviland and Quest. The contract will be a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for the services provided above and will guarantee $2,500.00 over the life of the contract. The anticipated award date is July 1, 2022. All responsible sources with an FAA Certified Repair Station located in Redding, CA that is rated to perform maintenance on the above referenced aircraft may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which will be considered by the agency.
