The device must not be mounted or otherwise installed in that aircraft. The device must be capable of seeing thought aircraft glass. The device should be compact and unobtrusive in the aircraft, be easily stowable, and be capable of looking through aircraft glass and smoke. The resulting contract will be firm fixed price.
