Please see the attached “Voluntary Pricing Workbook Submission Exercise_HSS MATOC_FINAL.pdf” document for details. Nothing submitted will be evaluated for consideration for award; this is only a test to make sure when we do get the final released it will go smooth for bidding upon and for submission of proposals. This exercise will generate understanding whether the PWBs function as intended, and if the instructions for completing the PWBs are adequate/accurate. Participation in this PWB exercise is open to all potential helicopter support services contractors. There is no requirement to participate in the exercise. ******____________________________________________________________________________________________******** 5/24/2022- Please note with the draft that was posted on 5/6/2022, there is no need to respond with a letter of intent. This is still in draft mode and we will be issuing a synopisis in the near future. This is a MATOC and will be replacing all CWN and EU contracts for the USFS. Please note the changes in the evaluation process and specification changes identified in section B. Please offer any and all comments to the Contracting Officer via email. Also note the clauses are not current, however represent what to expect and will be updated before final release. Pricing has two representative charts. The first is for your CWN, the second will be for Task Orders that will be up to a total of one base year and four options. The pricing schedule will be included in the final release. The current pricing schedule shown is incomplete and only there to give an example of what to expect.
