The intent of this solicitation and any resultant Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is to obtain Water Scooper Aircraft services for wildland firefighting on a nationwide basis. We intend to award Multiple IDIQ or Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) to as many qualified vendors. Please submit all questions in writing to the Contracting Officer (CO). Please submit qeustions in word or another editable format for easy compiling and disbursement to necessary technical experts. All questions should be sent to the CO no later than Dec 16, 2020. Amendment #1 is attached answering submitted questions, making a change to the RFP and extending the proposal due date to Jan 20, 2021. Proposal Due Date is Jan 20, 2021 (4PM MST) - BetaSam mistated the due date as Jan 28 and it has been corrected to match Amendment #1. Amendment #2 is attached, adding a new Exhibit, adding proposal delivery instructions and extending the proposal due date to Jan 29, 2021 (4PM MST)
