This is a draft RFP for a Multiple Award Task Order contract for Type I, II, III helicopters. The purpose of this draft is to receive industry input on the changes to the specifications and the evaluation criteria. Please note this is a draft and not a final version. The final is anticipated to be released in October of 2021, after receipt of comments and finalization of solicitation. Please note the clauses are out of date, but are reflective of what to expect. Section A-1 for pricing will be in two parts. The first is for the CWN portion of this contract, and the second is for the task orders which will replace the original EU type contracts. This will be a workbook spreadsheet that will be attached to the RFP, currently we have examples shown in this draft. Please offer all comments for our consideration.
