The due date for proposals remains 07/30/2021 at 1300 hours MT. **Amendment 0001 07/20/2021 The purpose of this amendment is to: Extend the due date for proposals from July 23, 2021 to July 30, 2021. The revised due date and time for receipt of proposals is 1300 hours MT on July 30, 2021. Under the direction of the USDA Forest Service Fire and Aviation Management Office, and through the issuing of individual task orders, the contractor shall perform: analyses; studies; prepare engineering reports; prepare specifications and plans concerning aviation management; reviews for compliance and approval on aircraft certification in accordance with regulatory requirements (i.e. airworthiness, fatigue and damage tolerance analyses, instructions for continued airworthiness, etc.); aviation safety analyses; maintenance of data.
