This is for a Preseason Incident-Blanket Purchase Agreement (I-BPA) for the SOUTHERN CA ZONE NATIONAL FORESTS INCIDENT SUPPORT MEALS & HYDRATION Region 5 for the Angeles, San Bernardino, Cleveland, and the Los Padres National Forests. Submit your quote by email to the Contracting Officer (CO), Darrin Jackson by email to darrin.jackson@usda.gov so that it’s delivered no later than the quote submission due date/time. Attention “RFQ 1202RZ25Q0001” in the email subject line. If the offeror has questions regarding the requirement, submit all questions to the CO via darrin.jackson@usda.gov no less than 2 business-days (Mon-Fri) before the quote submission due date. This allows adequate time for the CO to review and respond appropriately. Any questions submitted after this timeframe may not be answered/responded to by the CO.
