Incident Support Multipurpose Off-Highway Vehicles (OHV): Purpose of the Amendment: : The purpose of Amendment 005 is to conduct the 2025 annual review of previously established Blanket Purchase Agreements and to reopen the solicitation allowing new Vendors to submit quotes. Amendments issued prior to amendment 05 are not required to be submitted. Description of Changes: Clauses were updated and multiple changes in the solicitation. Current Vendors See SF-30 for most changes. Please review the solicitation entirely. Be advised there are two solicitations attached. One for Current Vendors to update information and one for New vendors to submit response. The Closing Date and deadline for receipt of quotes in response to Solicitation RFQ 1202RZ22Q0004 is no later than 15:00 Mountain Time, March 20, 2025

The intent of this solicitation is to obtain quotes for Off-Highway Vehicles (OHV) in order to implement multiple Incident-Blanket Purchase Agreements (I-BPA) for use on a local, Regional and Nationwide fire suppression and all-hazard incidents. OHV is a general category which includes, All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV), Multipurpose Off-Highway Utility Vehicles (MOHUV), and Recreational Off-Road Vehicles (ROV). Set Aside: 100% small business set-aside. Provide quote by 1700 hours, Mountain Time on Friday, February 16th. Submit a quote by sending an email to sm.fs.woaims@usda.gov. You must have the solicitation number, 1202RZ22Q0004, in the subject line of the email. (See E.1 52.212-1 Instructions to Offeror in Section E).
