The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), Salmon-Challis National Forest, has a need for vault toilet pumping services on the Challis-Yankee Fork Ranger District of up to 47 Vaults, including 7 Double Vaults, on an "as needed" basis. Service will fluctuate depending on the use during the year, multiple pumpings of some vaults may be required, and shall be pumped at a frequency and time of year as directed by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). The vaults are located throughout the Challis-Yankee Fork Ranger District in Custer, Boise, and Lemhi Counties, Idaho. The vaults are listed in Section I-The Schedule, and shown in the maps in Attachment – F. (Note: One Vault Location = one unit = each). See the schedule of items for the base and all option years for each zone. The quote per vault/location includes all costs. The contractor shall furnish toilet pumping services which includes all equipment, supervision, transportation, labor, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to pump, recharge, cleanup, disinfect, dispose of all waste products removed from the toilets, and add water following pumping and cleaning in accordance with the following contract specifications and in accordance with Local, State, and Federal regulations.
