Amendment 0001: Q&A The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), Caribou-Targhee National Forest, Soda Springs Ranger District, has a need for two sets of trail bridge materials meeting the following specifications. Drawings will provide more detail of the items required. The items are to include: ? Stringers ? Abutments Sill ? Backing Planks ? Deck ? Hand Rail ? Running Planks ? All Hardware to attach and assemble these items ? Timber Sill ? Abutment Anchor Bolts and Straps (Note: Gabion and Other Abutments as well as Assembly and Installation, ARE NOTincluded in this solicitation) Timber Elements are to be cut and drilled prior to treatment per the specifications provided in the plans. Materialsand treatment shall be according to the specifications in the plans. Dimensions and quantities shall be verified bythe vendor and submitted via shop drawings after award, shop drawings approved by forest engineers are requiredbefore fabrication.
