AMENDMENT 02 - ISSUED 3/9/2020 ``````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````` AMENDMENT 01 - ISSUED 2/28/2020 ``````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````` This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a request for quote (RFQ) No. 1202NV20Q0012; proposal due date is March 18, 2020. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04, effective as of January 15, 2020. Attached, you will find a Schedule of Items and specifications to procure janitorial services for the Bridger-Teton National Forest Supervisor’s Office and the Teton Helibase in Jackson, Wyoming. A pre-proposal conference will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2020. Interested participants shall meet at the Bridger-Teton National Forest Supervisor’s Office, 340 North Cache, Jackson, Wyoming at 10:00am. Quotes are due no later than 1:00 pm MST, March 18, 2020. The selection process will consist of a Best Value source selection based on price, experience, past performance and identified bio-based products. Under a Best Value source selection, non-price evaluation factors, when combined are equal to price. However, the Contracting Officer will not select an offeror for award on the basis of a superior capability without consideration of the amount of the price. All quotes shall include the following information: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The Government will consider price, vendors experience and past performance. Quoter shall supply any other material that will provide the Government with product information to evaluate their quote. The Government will consider all quotes received until the time of contract award. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 561720. In order to be considered a small business under this NAICS code, employment shall not exceed $18 million.
