The Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest requires the rental of a facility to serve as the new operating base for a helitack fire crew currently located in Bridgeport, CA. The facility must be located in or adjacent to the greater Minden-Gardnerville, NV area and meet minimum requirements for hangar size, office space and other specifications as outlined below. The facility will be utilized year around by a USFS firefighting crew of up to sixteen (16) people including two (2) contract vendor personnel during the summer fire season. Additionally, the facility must be capable of housing at least one light helicopter (Bell 407, A-Star or equivalent size aircraft.)
