DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that janitorial services performed at the Sawtooth National Recreation Area Headquarters Office are in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Exact work days will be determined after award of contract with COR unless otherwise noted. LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION. Building is located approximately 7 miles north of Ketchum, Idaho. Services are to be performed before the hours of 7:30 am or after 5:30 pm, unless otherwise directed.
