The Contractor shall provide all management, personnel, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that janitorial services performed at the Forest Service office located Sparks, NV, are in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest Supervisor’s Office is located at 1200 Franklin Way, Sparks, NV 89431. The office is one building consisting of two levels, totaling approximately 16,250 square feet and two smaller offices approximately 500 square feet in area. This includes the warehouse, warehouse bathrooms, Radio Shop, and Fleet Offices. Base Year contract time is from February 1, 2020 through January 31, 2021.
