This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The objective of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to set up multiple agreements for Seedling Shipment services from the Boise National Forest at Lucky Peak Nursery to multiple locations. The successful bidder will depart Boise Lucky Peak Nursery and deliver a shipment of seedlings in a government-supplied refrigerated van and return the refrigerated van back to Boise Lucky Peak Nursery to complete the delivery. As needed, transportation will be acquired by placing calls against a BPA. The contractor is responsible for delivering live tree seedlings to various locations by the time and date given at time of order.
