Description of Work: Pre- and post-emergent application of Oust, Milestone, and Telar for the control of cheatgrass (Bromus tectorum), medusahead (Taeniatherum caput-medusae), spotted knapweed (Centaurea maculosa), and scotch thistle (Onopordum acanthium) using mechanized ground application methods. Contractor Responsibility: The Contractor shall provide everythig, including, but not limited to, all equipment, supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision necessary to complete the project, except for that which the contract clearly states is to be furnished by the Government. Location: The project is located on the Humboldt Toiyabe National Forest, Mountain City Ranger District, approximately 85 miles north of Elko, NV in the north-central portion of Elko County.
