SAGE HEN PIT ROCK CRUSHING (SURFACE AGGREGATE)-BOISE NATIONAL FOREST, EMMETT RANGER DISTRICT This project consists of rock crushing in the Sage Hen Pit off of National Forest System Road (NFSR) 626. The Actual Quantities required are 32,000 Tons of surface course aggregate and 8,000 Tons of 4" minus aggregate. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies and shall perform all work required to complete the project as shown on the plans, shown on the manufacturer's shop drawings, and as described in the Standard Specifications (FP-14) and Forest Service Supplemental Specifications (FSSS). Project Location The project is located on the Emmett Ranger District, Boise National Forest, in Gem County, Idaho. To access the Sage Hen Pit from Idaho State Highway 55 take County Road 644 west from Smith's Ferry, across the highway from Cougar Mountain Lodge, follow for 2.0 miles to the Junction with NFSR Road 626.
