The USDA Forest Service anticipates issuing an RFQ for Rapid Extraction Module Support (REMS) resources to be used nationally for fire suppression, all-hazard incidents, and prescribed project work. Contractors must provide all equipment, personnel, and logistics to meet agreement specifications. The work will be performed through competitively awarded agreements within specific regional dispatch centers, and vendors are strongly encouraged to select the center closest to their resources' physical location. The Government anticipates awarding multiple preseason agreements under a total Small Business set-aside. Proposed rates must reflect up to a 16-hour daily shift and include all required pricing elements.
