This is a USDA Forest Service amendment to a solicitation to ensure compliance with new Executive Orders. It removes references to a previous Executive Order on clean energy and a specific greenhouse gas disclosure clause. It replaces the guidelines for biobased product procurement with a new USDA program. The Government anticipates awarding multiple preseason agreements using a total Small Business set-aside. Vendors must be registered in SAM, have a UEI number, a Login.gov account, and submit quotes electronically through the specified VIPR system.
