The USDA Forest Service is reopening the solicitation for Mobile Sleeper Units for fire and all-hazard incident support to conduct an open season onboarding process. This is an amendment to an existing Multiple Award Incident Blanket Purchase Agreement (IBPA), not a new procurement. New offerors may submit quotes through the VIPR system during the open season, which coincides with the annual review for existing awardees. All proposals are subject to the original solicitation's evaluation criteria, terms, and conditions, including its period of performance. After onboarding, new contractors and added resources become eligible to receive dispatches.
