Helicopter Operations Support Unit for Region 13 - National
The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Forest Service is reopening an original solicitation for an open season Onboarding period to support helicopter operations for fire suppression and all-hazard incidents. This onboarding is for a Multiple Award Incident Blanket Purchase Agreement issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, allowing existing awardees to revise their agreements and new vendors who meet eligibility to submit quotes. The open season Onboarding period will run concurrently with the annual contract review and rollover modification process. New quote submissions must meet all original solicitation criteria and pass/fail requirements, with any new awards being identical in terms and conditions to the original agreements. After the processes are complete, newly awarded contractors or accepted resources will be eligible for dispatch in accordance with the agreements.
