Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a re-opened solicitation for the USDA Forest Service's National Zone Helicopter Operations Support Unit, used for fire suppression and all-hazard incidents. It is an open season onboarding process against an existing Multiple Award Incident Blanket Purchase Agreement (IBPA), which is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The evaluation factors, terms, conditions, and period of performance for any new awards will be identical to those in the original solicitation. Both new offerors and existing IBPA awardees may submit quotes or revise their offerings during this open season, which coincides with the annual contract review. All proposed resources must meet the original solicitation's criteria, and successful contractors will be eligible to receive task orders immediately following the onboarding period.
