Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The USDA Forest Service is reopening the solicitation for a Mobile Communications Unit for Region 13 for fire and all-hazard incidents to conduct an "open season" onboarding of new vendors. This is an amendment to an existing Multiple Award Incident Blanket Purchase Agreement (IBPA) solicitation, which was a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The onboarding process runs concurrently with the annual review for existing agreement holders, allowing both new and existing vendors to submit or revise resource proposals. Any new awards will have identical terms, conditions, and period of performance as the original solicitation. New offerors meeting the original eligibility requirements may submit quotes, and accepted contractors become eligible to receive task orders immediately after the onboarding period.
