Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)
Notice ID:12024B23Q7003

This is a re-opened solicitation for the USDA Forest Service's national requirement for mobile laundry services during fire and all-hazard incidents. It is an "open season onboarding" amendment to an existing Multiple Award Incident Blanket Purchase Agreement (IBPA), which is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The evaluation criteria, terms, conditions, and period of performance for any new award will be identical to the original solicitation. Both new offerors and existing IBPA awardees can submit quotes or modify rates through the VIPR system during this open season, which coincides with the annual contract review. After onboarding, new contractors and accepted resources become eligible to receive task orders.
