This is a re-opened solicitation by the US Forest Service for Emergency Medical Responder services to support fire suppression and all-hazard incidents nationwide. It is an "open season onboarding" amendment to an existing Multiple Award Incident Blanket Purchase Agreement (IBPA), allowing new vendors to join the existing contract vehicle. The evaluation criteria, terms, conditions, and period of performance for any new award will be identical to the original solicitation. New offerors who meet the original eligibility requirements may submit a quote through the specified VIPR system during this open season. Performance is required for nationwide incidents.
