VIPR I-BPA for Crew Carrier Bus for Region 13 - National
The USDA Forest Service is reopening the solicitation for a Crew Carrier Bus under a national Multiple Award Incident Blanket Purchase Agreement (IBPA) for fire and all-hazard incidents. This is an "open season" onboarding process, not a new procurement, allowing new vendors to submit quotes and existing awardees to modify their agreements. The evaluation criteria, terms, conditions, and period of performance for any new award will be identical to the original solicitation. New offerors must meet all eligibility and pass/fail criteria from the original solicitation to submit a quote through the specified VIPR system. After onboarding, new contractors and accepted resources become eligible to receive dispatches under the same ordering procedures.
