The helibases specified in the solicitation will be located in Glassey Mountain, TN, Mena, AR, Mt. Ida, AR, Seed Orchard, SC, Wiggins, MS, New Bern, NC, Clarksville, AR, Huntsville, TX and Savanah, SC. Resultant contract will be issued as a Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment contract not to exceed 1 base year and 3 option periods for the daily availability rate.
