This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Award will be made via the existing US Forest Service Call When Needed Agreements as issued under Solicitation 12024B19R9000. Offerors that do not currently hold an existing agreement will be issued a new contract and the terms and conditions of that new contract will be those of the agreements as attached with the changes identified in this combined solicitation synopsis. ii. Solicitation 12024B20R0003 is issued as a request for proposals (RFP). iii. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04 (Effective 01-15-2020). iv.
