The intent of this solicitation and any resultant contract is to obtain services of one (1) shared helibase between Region 4 and Region 9 for a total of one (1) Exclusive Use Type III Aircraft fully operated by qualified personnel and equipped to meet specifications for use in administration and protection of Public Lands throughout USFS Region 4 Intermountain Region and Region 9 Eastern Region. The shared helibase is located in Vichy, MO and Pocatello, ID. Resultant contract will be issued as a Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment contract not to exceed 1 base year and 3 option periods for the daily availability rate.
