Please use the attached conformed to amedment 0003 solicitation for submission. 13 October 2020- Amendment 0002 and a conformed solicitation are attached. This is to answer a few questions and also update any changes in the solicitation. Please use the attached conformed to amedment 0002 solicitation for submission. 29 September 2020- Amendment 0001 and a conformed solicitation are attached. The due date is extended until 11/4/2020. Due to heavy fire season the solictation is extended and an amedment 0002 will be posted shortly to answer questions submitted. Please use the conformed solicitation for bidding. The intent of this solicitation and any resultant Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) is to obtain services of a light fixed wing aircraft fully operated by qualified personnel and equipped to meet specifications for use in administration and protection of Public Lands throughout USFS Northern Rockies Region 1. This solicitation is primarily for Air Attack and other similar operations. Resultant BOAs will be issued as Firm Fixed with multiple awards and pricing in 12 month increments, not to exceed a total of four years. Aircraft furnished may be used for fire support, project, law enforcement, and other flights. The government has Interagency and cooperative agreements with Federal and State agencies and private landholders. Aircraft may be dispatched for interagency use. A BOA is a written instrument of understanding, negotiated between the Government and a Contractor, to define terms and prices that may be applied to a future contract between the parties. Notwithstanding the use of the term “contract” throughout this Solicitation, a basic ordering agreement is not itself a contract. Orders issued on awarded BOAs will become binding contracts if and when the Contractor accepts the order. Competition will be limited to Contractors who are established within the states comprised of the USFS Northern Rockies Region
