SOLICITATION 12024B19R0003 TYPE II HELICOPTER APPROVED FOR RAPPEL OPERATIOINS - LUCKY PEAK The objective of this solicitation and resulting contract is to obtain Exclusive Use Helicopter Services consisting of one fully contractor operated and maintained Type II Rappel approved (Bell Medium 205, 210, or 212) helicopter at Lucky Peak, ID. The contractor shall provide all equipment and personnel necessary to meet the requirements of the solicitaiton. These services are being acquired under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The start date is June 1. 2019 The resulting contract will be a firm fixed rate contract with economic price adjustment for one year base with two one year options. The contract line item is Item 9: Lucky Peak. The solicitation is set aside for small business under NAICS 481212 with a size standard of 1,500 employees.
