The requirement is for timber cruise data for properties in Southeast Alaska related to the Alaska Mental Health Trust Land Exchange of 2017. It is anticipated that the period of performance, for this requirement, will be approximately 90 days from issuance of the notice to proceed. A draft requirements document is included with this pre-solicitation. When the full solicitation package is posted, a pre-quote conference call will scheduled to discuss the requirement. Details concerning the conference call will be included in the solicitation package. It is anticipated that quotes will be due within 10 - 14 days of release of the final solicitation. Notice to Quoter(s): The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the solicitation's closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs incurred.
