No other changes are made including no change to the date/time for receipt of proposals ******************* UPDATE 9/9/2020: This update posts Amendment 5 and extends the date/time for receipt of proposals to 10:00 a.m. local Alaska time on 9/17/2020. Prospective offers are advised that this amendment makes material changes including page 5 of the amendment which replaces the Schedule of Supplies/Services and Section B in its entirety. Failure to acknowledge this (and previous) amendments or use the updated schedule may result in your proposal not being evaluated. If you have questions please contact the individuals in the contact information section. ***************************** The USDA Forest Service, Alaska Region, is providing a pre-solicitation notice of proposed contract action under FAR 5.201 for reconstruction of the Anan Wildlife Observatory and associated facilities and structures. The estimated magnitude of this construction project's price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Bid bonds will be required as part of the solicitation under FAR 28.101.
