This update is posted to remind all offerors that their SAM registration MUST BE ACTIVE at the time proposals are due. ************************************ This update posts Amendment 3 providing a list of questions and answers and extending the due date and time for receip of proposals. ************************************ This update posts Amendment 2 extending the due date and time for receipt of proposals and clarifies the period of performance. ************************************ This update extends the date and time for receipt of proposals to Monday, July 29, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Offerors are reminded of the following: 1. Be sure to review the instructions to offerors and address all of the requested and required information in the proposal. 2. Acknowledgement of Amendments is a material requirement. Failure to acknowlege any amendment may result in a firm being ineligible for award. 3. An active SAM account at the time proposals are due is required. Firms without an active SAM account will not be considered. 4. Changes include: 1. change to description of Option Item A (RFP page 9) 2. change to Table 1 for KMRD Bunkhouse (RFP page 13) 3. supplemental specifications are replaced in their entirety (4 pages added at beginning for a total of 17 pages) 4. photos of buildings are provided Offerors are reminded to acknowledge all amendments with their proposal - see block 11 on the SF-30. ************************************** This update posts the RFQ with all attachemnts with the exception of photos. The photo file will not upload properly and will be posted tomorrow, 7/2/2019. ************************************** This requirement is for repair and maintenance to the exterior envelope of Forest Service owned administrative buildings. Work includes replacing deteriorated siding and staining/painting in Wrangell and Ketchikan. The successful contractor will be required to furnish all labor, equipment and materials to replace deteriorated siding and to prepare and stain siding and trim on Forest Service Buildings in Wrongell and Ketchikan including the Wrangell Ranger Distrist Office, Warehouse, Garages and Crew Quarters; and the Ketchikan Misty-Fiords Ranger District Office, Bunkhouse, Hazmat Storage Buildings, and Southeast Alaska Discovery Center. Work will be rquired to be completed within 120 day of receipt of a notice to proceed. This work is considered construction subject to Construction Wage Rate Requirements.
