This amendment clarifies some of the individual requirements (prompted by questions) and updates the Equipment List (Attachment 1) ************************* This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for maintenance of mechanical systems at various Forest Service facilities in Juneau, Hoonah, Yakutat, Angoon, Petersburg, Wrangell, Ketchikan, Craig, Thorne Bay and Sitka Alaska. Work includes scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of mechanical systems including (but not limited to) boilers, air handlers, furnaces, oil and electric baseboard heaters, water heaters, air handling systems, vent fans, wall heaters, heat pumps, Monitor stoves, sump pumps, etc. A complete equipment list is attached to the solicitation. The governent anticipates awarding one indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with a two (2) year ordering period with no options to extend.
