Work includes: a. Detach all lines and anchors securing the Chickamin, Nakwasina, and Steelhead barges at Berth 1 of Ketchikan Harbors, Ketchikan AK (55° 20' 21.49'' N, 131° 38' 40.25'' W) b. Disconnect pile lines. Secure all lines, anchors, and zincs on deck prior to departure. c. Contractor shall move a smaller anchor from the Nakwasina to the Chickamin deck, taking care not to damage new deck coating. Contractor shall also move a large anchor from the Nakwasina to the Steelhead deck. d. The barges shall be moored as shown in the attached maps. e. The delivery timing and handoff shall be coordinated with Forest Service Engineering Vendors must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible to compete for this contract award.
