The subject IDIQ contract ceiling has been increasedby an additional $700,000.00 to allow for an increased effort in the environmental analysis and decision making efforts considered within scope of the contract. An upscope from an Environmental Assessment up to an Environmental Impact Statement would use up the ceiling price shared with design services. This specific contract action does not obligate additional funds to the project, but does allow for the unanticipated increase in scope of environmental review to avoid reduction to the amount of IDIQ ceiling initially intended for facility and landscape design services. No responses were received during the posted notice of intent to increase the IDIQ contract ceiling.
