The USDA Forest Service, Pacific Northwest Research Station, He'en Latinee Experimental Forest requires construction of a remote helipad. The He'en Latinee Experimental Forest helipad installation project is located at GPS location: 58°41'56"N 134°51'01"W, approximately 40 miles north of Juneau, Alaska. This location is remote and only accessible by helicoptor. This work is subject to the Construction Wage Rate Requirements statute. The order of magnitude of this work is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. This activity is subject to a Total Small set-aside, and is being procured under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13) through a Request for Quotes (RFQ).
