This contract is a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract, for the procurement of microbiological and fat testing and analysis to support USDA AMS meat purchase programs or other AMS program testing. The exact locations of the meat processing facilities may change during the course of this contract as AMS awards meat processing contracts to different facilities for each school year. Laboratory facilities should be able to perform both the microbiological and fat analysis required under this contract.
