USDA seeks to immediately contract for 3PL services in Kansas City, Missouri, to serve as a temporary receiving, storage, and loading/shipping facility for certain dry food products destined for delivery in Kansas City from now through 12/31/2024. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code for this solicitation is 493110 with a small business size standard of $30M. The selection decision will be based on overall best value to the Government, price and non-price factors considered. The RFQ will be issued today under Solicitation Number 12-3J14-24-Q-0496. The solicitation and any related documents will be made available to interested parties through electronic media for downloading via the internet at SAM.gov. No hard copies of the solicitation will be available. Potential offerors shall be responsible for monitoring the internet site for release of the solicitation, attachments to the solicitations, and any amendments.
