This is the modification of 36 firm fixed price delivery orders issued under the Basic Ordering Agreement (12-3J14-20-R-0588) for the Farmers to Families Food Box Program (see attached document for full details of each delivery order contract). This bilateral modification will add a single contract line item to the contractors’ current delivery orders to increase quantities and extend the period of performance of current contracts through May 2021 (in accordance with the attached). The increased quantities are consistent with prior monthly USDA food assistance needs. This modification is required due to the unusual and compelling need related to the COVID-19 pandemic and the presently declared National Emergency.
