The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Marketing Services (AMS) requests quotations from responsible sources to provide marine cargo discharge/delivery survey services in Mali, South Africa, Sudan, and Tanzania. The services will include surveys of containerized, bulk, and breakbulk commodities for food assistance programs. It is the intention of the Government to award a firm-fixed price contract to one firm per country. Please also note the following: • Please ensure that you read the RFQ solicitation and provisions and clauses in its entirety. Failure to provide all required elements as indicated in the solicitation will result in the proposal being excluded from consideration for award. • Reponses to the RFQ due September 6, 2021 no later than 5:00pm EST. • Past performance ratings should be submitted directly to me from a third party. • A signed corrected SF1449 must be submitted with your proposal. • Questions and answers have been posted. • A new KC337 has been uploaded removing the fillable boxes. Offers can utilize the new PDF for writing in their rates instead of the fillable boxes if it is more efficient. The fillable boxes has an error and will replicate the entered rate in nearby boxes. Offerors should review their submissions to ensure accuracy.
