Amendment A02 Posted 9/28/2023. The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions received in response to the solicitation identified in Block 9A. Offerors must acknowledge this amendment when submitting their proposal and SF-1449. Amendment A01 Posted. Be sure to acknowledge Amendment when submitting your offer. Please note changes to RFQ, 1449, and USDA Past Performance Rating Form. Please note the due date for offers has been changed to Monday, October 9, 2023, at 12:00pm CST. Please note the due date for questions has been changed as follows: Questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted to Travis Cathey (travis.cathey@usda.gov) by Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 4:00pm CST. Questions will be answered and posted by Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 5:00pm CST. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________ The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Marketing Services (AMS) requests quotations from responsible sources to provide marine cargo discharge/delivery survey services in Nigeria. The services will include surveys of containerized, bulk, and breakbulk commodities for food assistance programs. It is the intention of the Government to award a firm-fixed price contract to one firm per country. Please also note the following: • Please ensure that you read the RFQ solicitation in its entirety. Failure to provide all required elements as indicated in the solicitation will result in the quote being excluded from consideration for award. • Past performance ratings should be submitted directly to the Contract Officer from a third party. • A signed SF1449 must be submitted with your quote. • Questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted to Travis Cathey (travis.cathey@usda.gov) by Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 8:00am CST.
