Highway 26 Zigzag, Oregon 97049 PLEASE READ THE COMPLETE PACKAGE AS INFORMATION HAS BEEN UPDATED. This project will be for Waterline replacement, Electric service installation, and installation of Camp Host Site for Eagle Creek Group Campground. Renovations for buildings at Eagle Creek Overlook, Oregon This project will consist of upgrading the site utilities, remodeling the historic Overlook Building and installing a camp host site at the Eagle Creek Overlook Group Campground. Project scope is based on internal planning to address issues with the building and increase site security. The base bid identifies the basic scope of the project, which can be augmented by awarding the bid options as funding permits. Limits and locations of items in the base bid and bid options are identified in the drawings and specifications for the project. The installation of primary and secondary power conductors (to meter base and power pedestal), transformers and meters are to be installed by Cascade Locks PUD under a separate agreement. The base bid includes: • Utility trenching, • Demolition and disposal of existing water line from system drain valve to Overlook Building and to termination of line servicing the east end of the campground, • Installation of new water line from system drain valve to Overlook Building and Camp Host Site, • Installation of pull vaults and PVC conduit for primary and secondary conductors • Installation of Meter base at Overlook building, power pedestal at Camp Host Site, secondary wiring to new service panel, branch circuit wiring, outlets, lights, occupancy sensors, switches, hand dryers and exhaust fans, • Installation of new valve boxes, valves, meter, and connections to existing water system, • Installation of water, power and waste connections for Camp Host Site, • Prepare As-Built Record Drawings. There are several bid options that will expand the project scope if they are awarded, bid options include: • Remodel of restrooms (Men's and Women's) including: ? Removal of existing wall and ceiling coverings down to wood framing, ? Removal of existing plumbing fixtures, ? Removal of existing water supply plumbing, ? Removal of existing drainage plumbing to newer drain pipe in utility chase, ? Removal of existing vent plumbing to collection point in vent, upper portion of existing vent pipe to remain, ? Removal of existing partition walls and entry door in Men's room storage room, ? Removal of bathroom stall partitions, ? Replacement of hardware on entry doors to both restrooms, ? Installation of new plumbing fixtures 5 toilets, and four single sinks, ? Installation of partitions and accessories, ? Installation of new wall and door for electrical room, ? New wall and ceiling coverings, and ? Paint Ceilings and walls. • Paint interior of Main Room • Refinish wood flooring of Main Room • Re-Roof Overlook Building The scope As-Built drawings will also increase with the awarding of the bid options. The drawing sets and the Specification package have detailed information on the base bid and bid options for this project. Work requires an Oregon licensed electrical contractor, some professional electrical engineering analysis, and electrical permits and inspections conducted by Clackamas County.
