COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION 12-0261-20-Q-0062 BOISE COMMON STAND EXAM PROJECT 2020 This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subparts 13.1 and 37.1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) 12-0261-20-Q-0062. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are available in full text through Internet access at http://www.acquisition.gov/far. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 115310 Support Activities For Forestry and the small business size standard is $8 million. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible small business concerns may submit an quote which shall be considered by the Forest Service. Proposals are being solicited by the Forest Service. The purpose of this project is to conduct common stand exams (CSE) in forested and other lands at an intensity required to inform management prescription decisions in the Lost Horse and Cottonwood project areas.
