BAUMGARTNER CAMPGROUND SHELTER PROJECT 2019 The intent of the contract is to provide for the complete construction of the project described in the contract. Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies and perform all work required to complete the project in accordance with drawings, specifications, and provisions of the contract. This project consists of the construction of a new group shelter with associated furnishings and two accessible paths to the structure as indicated on the Drawings. New construction work includes the following: Colored concrete group gathering pad with shelter, surface mount picnic and serving tables, pedestal grills, dutch oven fire pan, utility tables, and lantern holders. Work also includes the installation of two gravel paths. These plans also show suggested future developments (Not included in the Contract), including: parking stalls, a single-unit accessible spur, and curve widening. LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION The project is located in the Fairfield Ranger District of the Sawtooth National Forest, Camas County, Idaho, in Section 7, T 3 N, R 12 E. It is located approximately 11 miles east of Featherville, Idaho. The project may be accessed via Forest Road 227.
