The USDA Forest Service Southern Region (Region 8) is issuing a Request for Information to gauge contractor capability for supporting its Oil and Gas Leasing Availability Contract. The anticipated work involves NEPA-driven environmental analysis and preparation of Categorical Exclusions or Environmental Assessments for determining lands available for leasing across Region 8. Interested parties are asked to provide a capability statement, relevant past performance, estimated timeframes, and optional non-binding pricing insights. Responses will not be reimbursed, and the RFI is for planning purposes only. Performance would be located within Region 8's geographic area.
